Vehicle Upgrade Specialist | Heritage Mazda Bel Air

Job Title

Heritage Mazda Bel Air is looking for a motivated, customer-focused team member to serve as the liaison between our Service and Sales departments.

In this role, you'll help customers explore the value of their current vehicle, discuss trade-in opportunities, and identify when upgrading to a new vehicle makes sense.

Essential Duties:

• Engage with service customers to discuss selling or trading current vehicle
• Prepare competitive trade-in and purchase offers for customers to review with their service paperwork
• Review vehicle equity positions and present upgrade opportunities when applicable
• Follow up with customers after their visit to answer questions, discuss their offer and assist those ready to move forward
• Work closely with both the Service and Sales team to create a seamless customer-focused experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; associate's or bachelor's degree, preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; consumer to consumer experience, preferred
• Strong negotiation, problem solving, and presentation skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematics skills
