Essential Duties:  - Engage with service customers to discuss selling or trading current vehicle-Prepare competitive trade-in and purchase offers for customers to review with their service paperwork-Review vehicle equity positions and present upgrade opportunities when applicable-Follow up with customers after their visit to answer questions, discuss their offer and assist those ready to move forward-Work closely with both the Service and Sales team to create a seamless customer-focused experience

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED; associate’s or bachelor's degree, preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; consumer to consumer experience, preferred
- Strong negotiation, problem solving, and presentation skills
