Blue Dot Air Conditioning & Heating is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

This is a face-to-face sales opportunity where you’ll connect with customers, spark conversations, and schedule free HVAC/plumbing consultations for homeowners.

As an In-Store Sales Representative / Lead Generator, you will:

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about Blue Dot’s HVAC, plumbing, tune-up, replacement, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the Blue Dot brand professionally and enthusiastically.

What You Need:

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the Blue Dot brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
