Brand Promoter

Marvin is seeking a Brand Promoter to showcase our premium windows, doors, and skylights to homeowners, contractors, and dealers. In this role, you'll represent a respected, family-owned manufacturer at events, in-store demos, and local campaigns-educating customers on design, performance, and customization. You'll generate leads, support sales with product knowledge, and ensure Marvin's brand standards are consistently delivered. Responsibilities

• Represent Marvin at events, showrooms, and partner locations to promote window, door, and skylight products
• Educate contractors, dealers, and homeowners on product features, performance, and customization options
• Execute in-store demos, product displays, and sampling to drive interest and leads
• Support sales teams with qualified lead generation and follow-up activities
• Collect customer feedback and market insights to share with marketing and sales
• Maintain brand standards across all promotional materials and touchpoints
• Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns and events
• Track activity, leads, and outcomes using basic CRM or reporting tools
