You will manage a generalist book along with the support of a processing team to service tailored coverage solutions in a client-focused collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage mixed book of commercial accounts
• Client facing advisory
• Risk Evaluation
• Collaborate with producers on customized solutions and marketing
• Assistance with quoting, renews, and presentations
• Partner with processing team
• Handle escalated client inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Account retention

Qualifications:
