HVAC Residential Sales​/Comfort Advisor

Blue Dot Heating & Air Conditioning seeks an HVAC Residential Sales / Comfort Advisor to drive in-home sales of heating and cooling solutions. You will conduct comfort consultations, assess existing systems, and recommend equipment and accessories that improve comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality. Using a customer-first approach, you'll explain options, pricing, and financing, prepare detailed proposals, and follow up on company-provided and self-generated leads.

Work closely with installation teams, maintain CRM records, and meet sales targets while growing your HVAC and sales expertise in a stable, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home comfort consultations with residential customers.
• Assess existing HVAC systems and identify comfort and efficiency needs.
• Develop and present customized equipment and accessory proposals.
• Explain product options, warranties, and financing solutions.
• Follow up on company-generated leads and self-generated prospects.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, quotes, and closed sales.
• Collaborate with installation and service teams for smooth project handoff.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, codes, and incentives.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Represent Blue Dot Heating & Air Conditioning with professional, customer-first service.
