Role Description The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Baltimore, MD. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, qualifying leads, and presenting mortgage products that match client needs. Day-to-day activities include following up on inquiries, nurturing leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and coordinating with mortgage professionals to support the client experience.
The Inside Sales Executive will also prepare basic quotes, schedule consultations, and collaborate with the wider team to achieve sales targets and foster strong client relat
ionships.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, with the ability to manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain mortgage options clearly.
- Customer Service skills focused on building trust, handling inquiries professionally, and resolving issues promptly.
- Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM or sales management tools to track leads and activities.
- Ability to work on-site in Baltimore, MD and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Background in mortgage, finance, or related fields is beneficial.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related discipline is a plus.
