Landers Appliance Sales Representative

Pay & Growth: $28–$32/hr to start, based on experience, manufacturer spiffs once you're selling, real opportunities to grow into bigger roles as you prove yourself.

What Makes This Different:
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. That's it. No nights, no weekends, no on-call. Paid training on our full product lineup, pricing, and sales system — zero appliance experience required. Your birthday is a paid company holiday. 2 weeks PTO in year one, 3 weeks after. Accelerated Ramp-Up:
Trained from day one — no guessing, no sink-or-swim. Shadow experienced sales reps and install coordinators. Learn HUB (our sales system) hands-on, at a real pace. Grow from managing quotes and orders into owning more of the customer relationship.

Requirements:
Customer service background preferred — retail, hospitality, or similar. Strong organizational skills; able to multitask and reprioritize on the fly. Clear, professional written and verbal communication. Comfortable learning new software (we'll train you on HUB). Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm availability. No appliance industry experience required.
