• Identify and cultivate relationships with physicians, hospital systems, case managers, and other healthcare providers to generate patient referrals.
• Assist in monitoring organizational market image and helps direct/supports communications efforts aimed at all key audiences, both internal and external.
• Educate stakeholders and community about our specialty services through presentations, meetings, and events.
• Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding processes.
• Identifying and developing new lines of business depending on consumer behavior.
• Support business development efforts including the determination of new business opportunities, new program development, and relations with key audiences that might impact the utilization of EPTR services in Maryland.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic planning.
• An anticipation that the work will periodically (but regularly) occur outside of normal “9 to 5” business hours.
• An anticipation that the work will require local travel within the EPTR service area regularly.
• Develop client relationships and strengthen partnerships with EPTR.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, business administration, communications, health care administration, or a related field. (Required)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in organizational communications, public relations, marketing, or business development with experience in a health care provider setting. (Required)
