Complete Omics has an immediate opening for a full-time Proteomics Scientist position. We provide a comprehensive compensation package including salary and benefits such as paid time off.
Primary Responsibilities of the Position:- Participate in the development and commercialization of cutting-edge multi-omics assays
- Perform LC-MS analysis of proteins, peptides, and small molecules in biological samples
- Perform data analysis with statistical and bioinformatics tools
- Participate in the general lab and instrument maintenance
- Document all experimental records, file reports, and be able to present recent findings in meetings
- Write professionally in order to publish papers in high-impact peer-reviewed journals

- A Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, analytical chemistry or a related field is required
. A M.S./Ph.D. degree is a strong plus - Basic understandings of Thermo Scientific mass spectrometers such as Q Exactive™ series orbitraps;
Bruker TOF mass spectrometers such as tims
TOF HT, or Agilent mass spectrometers such as 6400 series QQQ is a strong plus - Hands‑on experience in biological sample preparation for (U)
HPLC and mass spectrometry is a strong plus - Experience in both top‑down and bottom‑up proteomics is a strong plus
- Required to be a VERY FAST learner and willing to learn new things every day
- Seeking highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and have the self‑drive to accomplish the assigned tasks immediately
- Required to have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment
- Required to be eligible to legally work in the United States
