Overview
Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst to provide security operations support across multiple programs as it relates to all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements. Responsibilities include supporting fast-paced, multi-discipline, high-profile programs; developing and administering security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Primary security oversight includes program security implementation procedures, construction security activities, and liaison with cognizant security authorities, as well as test activities and operations in shared multi-program areas.
Responsibilities- Support fast-paced, multi-discipline, high-profile programs.
- Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
- Provide primary security oversight for program security implementation procedures and construction security activities.
- Liaise with cognizant security authorities and support test activities and operations in shared multi-program areas.
- Current Active Secret clearance. In-scope investigation (T3 or T3R) completed within last 5 years or current enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
- Ability to meet enhanced security requirements and obtain/maintain SAP eligibility and access.
- 5+ years of security or relevant experience with Bachelor’s; or 3+ years with Master’s; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for Bachelor’s Degree.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- CDSE Industrial Security Training - FSO for Possessing Facilities, Intro to SAP, SAP Compliance, SAP Mid-Level, etc.
- ICD 705 and TEMPEST training.
- Industrial Security Professional Certifications - SPeD SFPC, NCMS ISP, etc.
- Experience with customer high side networks (e.g., CV2, CORE, CNET, JADE).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion.
- Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
- Self-starter with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work extended hours in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Computer and desktop office software products experience.
- Classification review experience.
Primary Level Salary Range: $89,900.00 - $. The salary range represents a general guideline;
Northrop Grumman considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses may be awarded for individual contributions and company results. Employees in VP or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
