Tactical Response Officer

Job Description

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer. This role is a flex security guard - on‑call, requiring adaptability to varied missions such as customer service, patrols, and surveillance.

• Site locations:
  Baltimore City, MD and White Marsh, MD.
• Schedule:
  
  On‑call hours, rotating schedule, weekends and holidays, minimum of 16 hours every two weeks, 1st/2nd/3rd shifts.
• Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 per hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees).

• Monitor premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to detect suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process.
• Quick thinking and adaptability to changing situations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to adapt to any work environment.
• Security license or ability to obtain one.
• At least one year of security experience.
• Age 21 or older.
