Provide customer service by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at the location.;
Screen passengers, visitors, crew, baggage, and/or personal items in accordance with post orders and screening protocols while maintaining a professional demeanor.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.;
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted or operational areas.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, terminals, gangways, and perimeter locations as assigned, with duties and conditions that may vary by site.
