Position OverviewThe Simon Agency is seeking experienced Executive Protection Specialists to become part of the Operational Readiness Network (ORN) – a carefully selected network of protective professionals strategically positioned throughout our licensed jurisdictions to support executive protection operations for corporate executives, public officials, legal teams, family offices, and other high-profile clients.
Primary Responsibilities- Executive and dignitary protection
- Protective advance planning
- Protective intelligence support
- Executive movement coordination
- Corporate executive security
- Political executive protection
- Executive travel support
- Protective site assessments
- Venue liaison and coordination
- Security coordination with law enforcement, venue management, and client representatives
- Incident documentation and post-assignment reporting
- Representing The Simon Agency with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Executive Protection experience
- Federal, state, or local law enforcement experience
- Military service
- Corporate security experience
- High-profile event security experience
- Dignitary protection experience

- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality - Valid driver's license
- Legal authorization to work within the United States
- Ability to travel as operational requirements dictate
- Current state security licenses (must have)
- HR218 / LEOSA credentials (where applicable)
- CPR / AED certification
- Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC/TCCC)
- EMT or Paramedic certification
- Protective Intelligence experience
- Protective advance planning experience
- Incident Command System (ICS) training
- International executive protection experience
- Valid passport without travel restrictions
- Foreign language proficiency
