Full‑Time (40 hours) 7:00 am‑3:00 pm Monday‑Friday - Competitive hourly wage of $25.00/hour

- Supervise, coach, and develop Security Operations Center personnel.
- Manage daily command center operations across all assigned shifts.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, intrusion detection, fire/life safety systems, and emergency notification platforms.
- Coordinate emergency responses with on‑site security personnel, law enforcement, fire departments, EMS, and client representatives.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and operational disruptions.
- Monitor officer welfare, staffing levels, call‑offs, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain situational awareness of all client locations under the command center’s responsibility.
- Review and approve incident reports, dispatch logs, and shift activity reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of communications, documentation, and response times.
- Ensure all incidents are documented in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
- Assist with investigations involving alarms, security breaches, workplace violence, theft, or other security incidents.
- Coordinate business continuity and emergency response procedures during critical events.
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational updates to staff.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs, client post orders, and applicable regulations.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluations, corrective actions, and employee development.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology and process improvements.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client and company information.
- Customer service duties such as welcoming visitors, verifying identity, and guiding them through premises.
- Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
- Answer questions in person or by phone and write incident reports.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or GED (documentable).
- Pass an extensive screening process.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
- Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is advantageous.
- Valid security license or ability to obtain one.
- At least 3‑5 years of supervisor experience.
- 3‑5 years of operation center experience.
- 21 years of age or older.
