Pay Rate: $19.67 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Thurs 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related screening procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities in a cruise operations location.
• Screen passengers, visitors, crew members, and/or carried items at designated access points using approved screening equipment and inspection procedures.
• Respond to incidents, prohibited item discoveries, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while following post orders and reporting protocols.
• Monitor entry and restricted areas to help deter unauthorized access and support orderly movement through terminals, gangways, and other controlled locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
