Job DescriptionNorthrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst 3/CPSO. This CPSO position supports a program (or multiple programs) as it relates to all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements. The role involves supporting a fast‑paced, high‑profile program and creating, maintaining and leveraging working relationships with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities- Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
- Implement a multi‑disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC, etc.).
- Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
- Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
- Prepare manuals outlining regulations, and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor access to restricted records and materials.
- Conduct security education classes and related briefings.
- Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive actions to be taken.
- Maintain working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of CPSO, security or related experience.
- MS degree and 4+ years of CPSO, security or related experience.
- Additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Current active Top Secret clearance.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.
- Experience with DISS, SIMS, and/or JADE.
Primary level salary range: $89,900.00 – $.
