Retail Security Supervisor

Andy Frain Services is seeking a Retail Security Supervisor to support a leading financial institution offering banking, asset management, and insurance services. In this on-site role, you will lead security officers in a dynamic retail financial environment, ensuring the safety of customers, employees, and assets. Responsibilities include supervising daily security operations, monitoring CCTV and access control, conducting patrols, documenting incidents, and coordinating emergency response.

You will collaborate with bank leadership, support loss prevention efforts, and help maintain a secure, customer-focused atmosphere aligned with the client's high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations across retail financial locations
• Lead, schedule, and mentor security officers to ensure performance and professionalism
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, responding promptly to incidents
• Conduct patrols, inspections, and audits to minimize theft, fraud, and safety risks
• Prepare clear incident, activity, and investigation reports for management
• Coordinate emergency response and act as primary contact for law enforcement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, staff, and visitors
• Support training and onboarding of new security personnel
• Identify and recommend improvements to security procedures and standards
