Security Guard Part Time Residential Building

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions, access concerns, and maintenance issues.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, helping to deter unauthorized entry and supporting adherence to visitor and employee access procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken.;
Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal procedures.
