• Supporting a fast‑paced, high profile program
• Create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers
• Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment
• Experience in program security, with knowledge of implementing a multi‑disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC, etc.)
• Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations
• Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
• Prepare manuals outlining regulations, and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor access to restricted records and materials
• Conduct security education classes and related briefings
• Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken
• Work with DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of CPSO, security or related experience or MS Degree and 4+ years of CPSO, security, or related experience
• An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's
• Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures
• Current Active Top Secret Clearance
• US Citizenship

• Experience with DISS, SIMS, and/or JADE

Primary Level Salary Range: $89,900.00 – $. Additional compensation may include overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
