Earnings: $350–$650 per install (based on enclosure type and difficulty).

On the road – Baltimore area, flexible scheduling. Job Type: Contract | Flexible Hours.

• Install shower doors sold by in-market estimators through major retail partnerships.
• Provide precise measurements for custom installations (paid per measure).
• Manage your own schedule — appointments are assigned, and you coordinate directly with customers.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and strong communication.

• Install standard and custom shower door enclosures.
• Maintain quality workmanship and safety standards on all installations.
• Communicate progress and any issues with customers and partners.

• Minimum 1 year of shower door installation experience.
• Ability to install both standard and custom enclosures.
• Access to a helper for heavier door installs.
• Own tools, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable using mobile apps to log work and provide updates.
• Must be able to pass a background check (required by retail partners).
