• Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform appropriate repairs
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair
• Document work performed on repair order
• Technician must be able to diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering suspension, braking, heating & cooling, etc. to dealership and manufacturer's standards with minimal supervision.

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor‑led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
