Are you a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys variety in your work and takes pride in solving problems? We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our property management company, serving condominiums, apartments, and HOAs in Baltimore, MD.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and drywall/paint restoration
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
• Travel to different properties daily — no two days are the same!
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to keep properties safe and running smoothly
• Communicate professionally with residents, homeowners, and team members

• Skilled in either plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or restoration work
• Comfortable communicating with homeowners, renters, and team members
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
