WHAT WE DO: All residential HVAC, all day long. We handle gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, service, and more. Whatever we do, we do it right. Customer service to us means caring enough for each person to present options for their home and family.

JOB DUTIES:

• Learn and implement One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Accurately diagnose problems of clients' HVAC systems
• Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and inspect for cleanliness after each job
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is clean inside and out
