We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Real Estate/Property Management industry. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties' heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
- Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC system problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service to property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC maintenance
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, with a strong background in commercial or industrial settings
- Possession of relevant certifications, such as NATE (North American Technician Excellence) or R‑410A certification
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning principles
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
