• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC system problems in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and inventory management
• Provide excellent customer service to property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC maintenance

• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, with a strong background in commercial or industrial settings
• Possession of relevant certifications, such as NATE (North American Technician Excellence) or R‑410A certification

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning principles
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
