Position Title: Field Service Technician - Baltimore, MD/DC Area
The Field Service Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the company's water instrumentation, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This position involves routine maintenance, which includes disassembling, cleaning, and calibrating various analyzers and instruments. Technicians will also troubleshoot both company products and third-party instruments at customer sites. The role demands a balance of technical expertise and customer interaction, requiring individuals to adapt to varying travel schedules and site conditions.

- Perform routine maintenance on water instrumentation
- Disassemble, clean, and calibrate analyzers and instruments
- Troubleshoot company products and third-party instruments at customer sites
- Manage travel schedules to meet customer needs
- Document service reports and maintain accurate records
- Minimum of 1 year of field experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Instrumentation calibration experience is required
- Flexibility to travel extensively
- Strong preference for candidates with prior field service experience is preferred
