Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a skilled crew in sheet metal, pipe fitting, or plumbing installation, ensuring top-quality work and safety.
• Coordinate effectively with other trades for seamless project execution.
• Manage materials, tools, and job costs to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Represent your team in strategic discussions and daily huddles.

Position Requirements

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent;
• Journeyman Certification in Pipe fitting;
• OSHA 30 Certification;
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills;
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and in various conditions.;
• Clear background check and drug screening.
