Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing, Drains & Electrical is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled Electrical Installer to support our residential and light commercial projects in Annapolis.

What You’ll Do- Perform residential and light commercial electrical installations, including panel upgrades, rewires, lighting, circuits, service upgrades, and equipment hookups
- Complete Generator installations, with a strong focus on Generac generator systems (experience a major plus!)
- Install and set up equipment safely, efficiently, and according to NEC code and manufacturer specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation plans
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers during installation projects
- Document work with accurate notes and before-and-after photos
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and ensure all safety procedures are followed
- Work collaboratively with team members to help deliver 100% customer satisfaction
- 1-3+ years of electrical installation experience (residential required; light commercial a plus)
- Strong ability to install, wire, terminate, and test electrical systems and equipment
- Experience with Generac generators or similar standby generator systems is highly preferred
- Apprentice license required/ Journeyman license preferred
- Ability to run conduit, mount and wire panels, install circuits, and perform service upgrades
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to safe work practices
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs and work safely at heights or outdoors
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check & drug screen
- Bonus Points Experience using Service Titan
