Central Tech is seeking experienced Chiller Technicians to service, maintain, repair, and overhaul large tonnage chiller systems that range in size from 100 to 3750 tons (manufactured by: Carrier, McQuay, Trane, and York).

Key Responsibilities- Service, maintain, repair, and overhaul large tonnage chiller systems (100–3750 tons). Work on equipment from major manufacturers including Carrier, McQuay, Trane, and York.
- Perform preventative maintenance, system overhauls, emergency repairs, refrigerant conversions, installation of new equipment, and ASHRAE‑15 plant upgrades.
- Support clients across industries including:
- Hospitals
- Biotech
- Defense
- Hotels
- Retail
- Industrial manufacturing
- Property management
- 5–10 years of commercial/industrial HVAC/R experience (preferred)
- Experience working with:
- Centrifugal chillers
- Screw chillers
- Reciprocating chillers
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
