We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Asbestos Abatement Worker in Training at A & I, Inc. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of asbestos abatement while working with a supportive and experienced team.
We have over 38 years of experience removing asbestos containing materials from homes and buildings. We are looking for energetic individuals to fill out our team. The most important part of our business is Safety.
Responsibilities- Assist the Supervisor in completion of asbestos abatement projects
- Learn and implement proper safety procedures and protocols
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain relevant certifications and licenses
- Willingness to work in various environments and conditions

What We’re Looking For- Certifications: We will provide training for the role, if necessary
- Experience: Previous experience in asbestos abatement, demolition, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and wear protective gear
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous in following safety procedures and protocols
