Building​/Groundskeeper; Weekends

The (Weekend) Zone Maintenance Mechanic I performs inspection, maintenance and repair work on building systems and components. This work is performed under general supervision using the tools and techniques of various technologies, including electrical, carpentry, mechanical and plumbing.

Full time (40 hours). Saturday and Sunday 16 hour shifts from 7:00am to 11:30pm. One 8-hour day shift during the week.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years related work experience in all aspects of building repairs using carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills. The full-time equivalent spent in trades programs may count toward the 5-year work experience requirement.

Minimum $28.07/hour - Maximum $32.57/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
