Responsibilities Install HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and ventilation systems, in residential and commercial settings.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with team members to assess project requirements and develop effective installation plans.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with installations.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.

Proven experience as an HVAC technician or installer.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

EPA certification is a plus.
