$27-32 per hour with 40 hours a week (Mon.

-Fri. 8-5). Guaranteed with Apprentice license minimum 1-2 years of experience.

The Plumbing Service Technician is a key member of our team, performing service work on plumbing systems in residential environments. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Ideally, you have little prior experience in the plumbing industry and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. You are self‑motivated, thrive in fast‑moving environments, and can perform selling the service well. You will be with the Journeyman plumber as your instructor.

Specific Responsibilities that you will learn or have experience:

Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems in residential environments
Perform drain cleaning, water heaters of all types, and installation of all types of pumps, roughing, faucet replacements, and more
Perform minor to complex service work on plumbing systems
Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects
Keep company vehicle and equipment professionally clean, and in good working order and condition
Work 8-5 shift, Monday‑Friday. Must do 2 Saturdays per month and 1 Sunday per month.

Job Requirements:

Maryland Licensed Apprentice
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance and personality
Drug‑free (must be willing to be tested)
No criminal records

Position Highlights:

40 hours per week guaranteed and overtime available
10% bonus for sales over $30k per month
Sales over $40k per month make $100,000 per year
