We are a fast-growing property services company seeking a reliable and experienced Roofer / Repair Technician to handle service calls and perform small repairs on roofs, gutters, and siding. This is a hands‑on position for someone who takes pride in their work and can work independently.

• Perform roof repairs, patch work, and maintenance
• Repair or replace damaged gutters and siding
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized company van
• Communicate with office staff and customers effectively

• Experience in roofing, gutter, or siding repairs (2+ years preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot on‑site
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication and customer service skills
