Hourly Salary Range: $24.00 - $28.00

Location:

Baltimore, MD area

Pay Range: $24.00–$31.00/hour (based on experience)

• Proven experience repairing copiers and printers
• Experience with Ricoh, HP, and/or Canon equipment preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical service work
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment

• Service and repair copiers and printers with minimal supervision
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network-related issues
• Install and configure equipment, including scanning in peer-to-peer environments
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize device uptime
• Manage parts inventory and maintain accurate supply levels
• Maintain an organized service vehicle, tools, and schedule
• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver excellent service
• Support sales teams by identifying upgrade or replacement opportunities
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer experience at all times

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of basic networking (print drivers, connectivity troubleshooting)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
