Delivering high‑quality, safe, and timely handyman services that meet project specifications, resolve maintenance needs, and ensure resident satisfaction through reliable workmanship, proper documentation, and adherence to company standards and safety protocols.

Classification and Schedule

CLASSIFICATION:
Non‑Exempt W-2, Hourly – Full‑Time

WORK SCHEDULE:

This schedule reflects 8 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. Scheduling needs may vary based on business demands.

Compensation and Benefits

COMPENSATION RANGE: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour commensurate on experience, education and credentials.

BENEFITS:
This position is eligible for standard W-2 employee benefits, including but not limited to those outlined in the Company’s official benefits package. Eligibility and participation are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.

Travel

ANTICIPATED TRAVEL: 50% of the time. You will use a company vehicle. There is no additional compensation for travel.

Summary of Position Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber to perform a wide variety of plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties in the Baltimore area. This part‑time role offers flexible hours and is ideal for a licensed plumber looking to supplement their existing workload or take on project‑based work. The plumber will respond to routine service requests, emergency repairs, and planned upgrades—working independently or in collaboration with property maintenance and renovation teams.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drain systems, fixtures, and appliances (e.g., sinks, toilets, water heaters)
  • Diagnose and resolve leaks, clogs, low pressure, and other plumbing issues
  • Replace or repair damaged piping, valves, or connections
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems
  • Ensure work is completed in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided, parts used, and hours worked
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism in residential and commercial environments
Unscheduled

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist supervisor with work related requests.
  • Responsible for following regulations of COMAR, CARF, any other regulatory body, and company policies/procedures related to service delivery and documentation and co‑facilitating orientation of all new hires to these as well.
  • Support the maintenance of a safe environment by participating in training and drills as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client’s treatment.
  • Participate in external and internal audits/surveys (CARF/CSA/OHCQ) as directed by the supervisor.
