While requirements vary by role, successful team members often bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant experience or completion of a certified apprenticeship program (for skilled positions)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills
• A commitment to safety and quality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to meet the physical demands of construction and fabrication work
