Lead Installation Technician

The Lead Installation Technician is responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories. Oversees the work of Assistant Installation Technician to ensure work is performed correctly, communicates with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Job duties include learning and implementing One Hour service system, procedures and ethical practices, accurately diagnosing problems of clients HVAC systems, effectively recommending service and repairs options, properly performing service, maintenance and repairs, optimizing profitability through effective time management and inventory control, maintaining a neat work area, and inspecting that area for cleanliness after completion of each job, and maintaining company vehicle.

Day in the life includes waking early, arriving at the shop early, meeting with the Installation Manager, arriving on time at the customer home, getting real-time coaching/support, having parts/material delivered, collecting payment from the customer, and heading to the warehouse with team.

We do all residential HVAC, all day long. Gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, service, and more. Customer service to us is caring enough for each person to present options for their home and family and give them the power of choice for what makes sense.

Full-time. Pay: $60,000.00 - $ per year.
