The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Utility Engineer I (HVAC Tech) to operate, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems at the Essex Campus in Baltimore, Maryland. This full-time, first-shift role requires a Journeyman HVAC or Stationary Engineer License and two years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include hands-on maintenance of commercial boilers, chillers, and building automation systems.
