The Grout Medic is a fast‑growing grout & tile maintenance/tile installation company serving Baltimore & Harford County. We are seeking an experienced tile/grout technician who is patient, friendly, systematic, and detail oriented. The ideal candidate has a background in tile installation and construction, can follow procedures, respond to customer needs, and maintain a professional appearance.
Responsibilities- Provide tile installation, re‑grouting, re‑caulking, grout cleaning, grout color sealing, tile repair, tile replacement, and water damage repair behind tile work.
- Follow established procedures and respond to customer needs.
- Travel to customers’ homes and sites as required.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Prior experience as a tile installer, tile helper, or grout technician is required.
- Experience working with silicone caulks and all types of grouts.
- Must have a cell phone and a truck or SUV for transporting supplies.
- Must have a clean driving record (MVR will be checked) and own a vehicle.
- Must speak English well.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or possess a valid work visa.
- Criminal background check required.
Contractor (Full & Part Time) positions available. Work schedule is Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional Saturday jobs.
Compensation & Benefits- Hourly pay based on experience and skills.
