We're currently hiring seasonal Lighting Technicians for our 2026 season.
About the RoleWhat the work is actually like (read this carefully):
- You'll be outside all day in cold, rain, and sometimes snow
- 10+ hour days, 6 days a week during peak season
- You'll be on ladders and roofs daily — if you're not comfortable at heights, this isn't the right fit
- The work is physical — climbing, carrying equipment, repetitive overhead work
- The season is compressed: ~3-4 months of intense work (potential for extended season)
If that sounds like your kind of thing, keep reading.
Pay: $1,200 $ 1,800/week depending on experience and role
