We are looking for the best professionals, with 1-3 years of experience, who want to work with the best professional in the HVAC industry. Professionals who understand goals are good, real gains are better, and able to harness all this motivation into the best customer service on the east coast. We need doers; sayers need not apply!
You can expect an average day to include waking early, filling your truck with whatever you need from our fully stocked warehouse, arriving on time at the customer home and blowing their doors off with 6-star service, getting real-time coaching/support for whatever you need, having parts/material delivered to you, recording notes for the next guy, collecting payment from the customer, and probably heading home.
All residential HVAC, all day long. Gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, service, and more. Customer service to us is caring enough for each person to present options for their home and family and give them the power of choice for what makes sense.
Job duties include learning and implementing One Hour service system, procedures and ethical practices, accurately diagnosing problems of clients HVAC systems, effectively recommending service and repairs options, properly performing service, maintenance and repairs, maintaining a neat work area, and maintaining company vehicle.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $ per year with commission and bonuses.
Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. The franchisee sets their own compensation and benefits.
