Mitigation Lead Technician

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with crew chiefs and lead technicians to understand and meet customer needs.
• Respond to emergency service calls as part of Thomasville Restoration’s commitment to rapid response.
• Perform mitigation processes following company guidelines and instructions from crew chiefs/lead technicians.
• Inventory, load, and prepare vans with equipment, products, and supplies for jobs.
• Clean, disinfect, and inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe use.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle with proper equipment appearance.
• Perform end‑of‑job and end‑of‑day cleanup and breakdown.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance checklists.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
• Assist with other duties and tasks as business needs evolve.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least 1 year of experience in water mitigation or disaster restoration preferred.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
• Reliable, hands‑on, and comfortable with on‑the‑road work.
