Electrician – JLL
This position is critical to maintaining the safety, integrity, and operational excellence of our client facilities. As a JLL Electrician, you will be responsible for the expert installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical systems. You will play a key role in ensuring our environments are safe, productive, and efficient. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on electrical components, including transformers, switch gear, and circuit breakers, to ensure functionality.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using advanced testing equipment to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to determine the placement of wiring and equipment.
- Respond to emergency service calls and provide timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and material usage.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company, client, and governmental safety regulations
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational training.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a commercial or industrial electrician.
- In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Experience with electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid State-Issued Electrician License.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician certification.
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and integrated controls.
- Knowledge of low-voltage systems, including fire alarm, security, and data/telecom.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience working within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Previous experience in a large-scale commercial property or critical environment setting

7 Loveton Circle, Sparks Glen
Schedule:
M-Th: 6am-4pm (days off: Friday Saturday and Sunday)
** This role will have on call rotation **

Estimated compensation for this position:
67,600.00 – 68,640.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
