** Primary Purpose of Position*
* Perform a variety of job duties related to general residential home repairs and aesthetic modifications, not limited to but including drywall repairs, carpentry and painting.

** Primary Duties and Accountabilities*
* + Works independently or under direct supervision, applying established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

+ Performs clerical duties necessary to complete job work orders.

+ Maintains proper truck stock and equipment maintenance.

+ Work independently in making needed repairs or modifications of drywall applications, framing applications, and/or painting applications.

+ Assists in other advanced applications of repairs or modifications.

+ Perform various specific job duties as assigned by the Team Leaders and Department Manager.

** Minimum Qualifications*
* + 5 years of work experience, or a combination of work and accredited trade or vocational training in basic carpentry, and general home repair procedures

+ Demonstrated knowledge of the use of tools and materials related to the modifications of residential home repairs

+ Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license

+ Demonstrates skills in customer relations

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Knowledge and hands-on experience in the field of carpentry

+ Expertise in finishing dry wall or damage repair
