Carpenter​/Project Lead

Sunnyfields Cabinetry, & parent company, Delbert Adams Construction Group ( ), a nationally and regionally awarded, high-end, luxury custom home builder and remodeler, are seeking Lead Carpenters with luxury custom‑build residential experience to join the team.

This person will work alongside their team to build, adjust and repair wood frameworks, structures, and cabinetry in various construction projects. This position has various responsibilities on the job site including, but not limited to:

• framing
• trimming out
• installation of various structures
• measuring cutting
• shaping building materials to fit the blueprint

• Specializes in finish and trim carpentry with a knack for one‑of‑a‑kind custom projects.
• Produces work of the finest quality.
• Is able to lead a team and manage subcontractors, or work solo trimming out a project.
• Approx. 5 years of experience in the field.
• In‑depth knowledge of carpentry and the construction processes.
• Enjoys building from the ground up or remodeling an existing space.
• Is deadline and detail‑oriented.
• Can lead a team of subcontractors and field personnel to complete a project on time and within budget.

This is a job site position. This position will operate within approximately a 25‑mile radius of either our Baltimore office or our DC office.
