Perform skilled maintenance and repair duties for the property, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems;
Maintain preventive maintenance programs for HVAC systems;
Repair or replace defective equipment and fixtures in guest rooms, public spaces, and mechanical rooms;
Maintain maintenance records and logs, and direct other engineering associates and contractors as needed;
Ensure guest rooms and property are well maintained and safe for guests and staff
