Maintain regular attendance and provide skilled maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks;
Perform preventive maintenance on hotel systems and fixtures to ensure guest rooms and public areas are well maintained;
Repair and replace HVAC components, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and related equipment;
Interact with guests and staff in a friendly, service-oriented manner;
Direct and coordinate with other engineering staff and contractors as needed
