Perform skilled maintenance and repair duties for the property including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing;
Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment;
Maintain and update maintenance logs and records (e.g., boiler log, PM logs, emergency logs);
Coordinate with contractors and direct engineering staff as needed;
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functioning of guest rooms, public spaces, and mechanical rooms
