Winn Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for Hollander Ridge, Baltimore, MD. You will perform maintenance across units, common areas, and grounds, and you will lead and train other technicians. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry skills.
This position includes a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call duties, weekend and holiday work as needed, and a rate of $31.00 per hour. Benefits apply for full-time US employees.
